Career Coaching
Our personal career coaching service is intended to help individuals through every step of their career development, from identifying their goals all the way through achieving them. Our foals is to help each individual achieve professional growth and personal satisfaction. We believe strongly in healthy work-life balance, achievable goal setting, and that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy their work!
Career coaching is a one-on-one service at the frequency you desire. Our general recommendation is that you and your coach check in every two weeks. You will be assigned one coach who will get to know you and focus on your story. Your first one-hour orientation session is free. From there, your coach will help you develop your career growth plan and strategies.
Career coaching is billed at $100/hour for every hour of active coaching. We throw in any materials and written communication for free!
Please note that our coaches are focused on career development. Though we are happy to assist with blending personal and professional goals, our consultants do not have life coaching credentials.
Leadership Support
We are passionate about leadership and have a variety of offerings to help meet your leadership needs. We enjoy working with individuals, small groups, or even large groups to meet your leadership needs. Our offerings include:
One-on-one leadership coaching:
Unlike career coaching, leadership coaching is specifically designed to help you learn leadership techniques and build better relationships in the workplace.
Cost: $100/hour. Materials and written communication included.
Small group leadership workshops:
Our small group leadership workshops are designed to get your workgroup thinking! We include a combination of leadership discussions and group activities designed to get your organization on the same page with your leadership philosophy.
Cost: $175/hour. Materials and written communication included.
Large group leadership discussions:
Our large group leadership instruction is designed to involve your whole organization in leadership. We know that leaders can be on every level of an organization, and our goal is to help every leader understand your leadership philosophy and follow it together. Though less interactive than our small group workshops, our large group discussions still involve input and discussion from around the room.
Cost: $175/hour. Materials and written communication included.
Culture Consulting
One of our favorite areas to help an organization is with their culture. Though we don't always think about the culture in our workplace, it makes all the difference for everyone working there! We are passionate about helping organizations set up an intentional culture that fosters a healthy workplace.
Our approach for culture consulting depends on you and what you feel is best for your needs. We will conduct employee surveys, individual interviews, observations, or other assessments at your request to assess your current culture. And no matter which approach seems best for you, we'll always provide a final report with our recommendations! Not sure you can continue momentum on your own? No problem; we are happy to stay on in an advisory capacity to help you move through any culture changes.
Cost: $200/hour. Unlike our other services, because culture consulting is such an in-depth process, we do charge for time spent evaluating the data we collect from your organization. We do not bill for de minimus work such as email replies or phone conversations about your organization.
